需要安装软件或注册吗？Do I need to install or sign up?
都不需要。它是纯静态网页工具，浏览器打开即用，免费。Neither. It's a static web tool — open it in a browser, free.
图片和视频会上传吗？Are images/videos uploaded?
不会。素材只在本机浏览器读取播放，抽奖 / 转盘由前端 JS 计算，配置存本地。No. Media is read/played locally; the draw/wheel run in front-end JS; settings are stored locally.
刷新会丢配置吗？Will a refresh lose my setup?
不会。配置保存在 LocalStorage 与 IndexedDB，刷新后自动恢复，也可导出 JSON 迁移。No. Settings persist in LocalStorage and IndexedDB and restore after refresh; you can also export JSON.
手机能用吗？Does it work on phones?
可以，界面自适应，可用手机当控制台或直接手机全屏展示。Yes, the layout adapts; use a phone as controller or display.
支持哪些语言？Which languages?
默认跟随浏览器（中文含繁体 → 中文，其余 → 英文），也可在右上角手动切换。Follows the browser by default (Chinese incl. Traditional → Chinese, else English); switch manually from the top-right.
投屏后电视 / 投影仪没有声音怎么办？No sound on the TV/projector after casting?
多为音频输出设备未切换。用 HDMI 连接时，在系统声音设置里把输出选为电视/投影仪（HDMI）；无线镜像通常随画面同步。首次播放音效 / 音乐需先在页面点一下以解锁浏览器自动播放限制。Usually the audio output device isn't switched. Over HDMI, pick the TV/projector (HDMI) as output; wireless mirroring carries audio with video. The first sound needs one click on the page to satisfy the browser's autoplay policy.
投影仪只显示桌面、没有全屏画面？Projector shows the desktop, not fullscreen?
把显示模式设为「扩展」而非「复制」，点击「打开大屏窗口」，将其拖到投影仪屏幕再按 F 全屏；这样大屏只显示展示窗口，你的操作留在本机。Set the display mode to “Extend” (not “Duplicate”), click “Open display window”, drag it onto the projector and press F — the projector shows only the display window while you keep controlling locally.
断网还能用吗？Does it work offline?
可以。本站已启用离线缓存（Service Worker），首次访问后断网或弱网仍可正常打开并使用。Yes. This site uses offline caching (Service Worker), so after the first visit it keeps working offline or on weak networks.
换设备如何迁移配置？How do I move my setup to another device?
在控制台「全局 / 数据」导出 JSON 配置文件，到新设备导入即可还原全部场景与参数。素材文件需随设备拷贝或在本地重新选择。From “Global / Data” in the control panel, export a JSON config and import it on the new device to restore all scenes and settings. Media files travel with the device or are re-selected locally.

抽奖抽错了怎么办？Drew the wrong winner?
控制台提供「撤销本轮」：撤销会退回刚才的开奖结果并把名单归还候选，再重新抽取即可；中奖记录会同步更新，不会留下脏数据。Use “Undo this round” in the control panel: the draw is rolled back, the names return to the pool, and you can redraw — records update accordingly with no leftovers.
如何更换主题、背景与字体样式？How do I change theme, background and fonts?
在控制台「主题 / 全局」里可切换多套主题配色、上传自定义背景图，并调整字体字号与数字样式；大屏实时跟随，无需刷新。In the panel's “Theme / Global”, switch between theme palettes, upload a custom background, and tune fonts and digit styles — the big screen follows live, no refresh needed.
转盘的扇区可以自定义吗？Can wheel sectors be customized?
扇区默认取自当前名单，改名单即改扇区；配色、外圈、指针与中心钮等外观细节均可在设置里自定义，也可一键套用预设样式。Sectors come from the current list — edit the list to edit the wheel. Colors, rim, pointer and hub are all customizable, with one-click presets.
投票最多支持多少个选项？How many poll options are supported?
最多 16 个选项 / 队伍，可满足绝大多数现场评选、人气 PK 与表决场景。Up to 16 options / teams — enough for most live awards, popularity PKs and votes.
弹幕可以关闭吗？Can danmaku be turned off?
可以。大屏弹幕显示可随时开关；需要时再打开，控制台还提供快捷弹幕组一键发送。Yes — on-screen danmaku can be toggled anytime, and the panel offers quick-send groups when you do want it.
数据与存储Data & storage
数据具体存在哪里？Where exactly is my data stored?
配置保存在浏览器的 LocalStorage 与 IndexedDB 中，与当前浏览器绑定；照片、视频等素材以本地引用方式读取，全程不产生网络上传。Settings live in the browser's LocalStorage and IndexedDB, bound to that browser; photos and videos are read by local reference — no network upload ever happens.
清理浏览器缓存会丢配置吗？Will clearing browser data lose my setup?
清理站点数据（Cookie 与网站数据）会连同本地配置一起清掉。建议养成习惯：配好场景后在「全局 / 数据」导出一份 JSON 备份，随时可导入还原。Clearing site data (cookies and site data) wipes local settings too. Get into the habit of exporting a JSON backup from “Global / Data” once your setup is done — it can be re-imported anytime.
名单和照片有数量上限吗？Is there a limit on names or photos?
名单支持粘贴或导入 TXT / CSV，几千人规模的名单也能流畅滚动；照片名单建议单场景控制在几百张以内，越多首次加载越慢。Lists can be pasted or imported from TXT / CSV — even thousands of names scroll smoothly; for photo lists, keep a scene to a few hundred photos since first load slows with more.
音视频与兼容性Media & compatibility
支持哪些视频 / 音频格式？Which video / audio formats are supported?
视频与音频由浏览器直接解码，MP4（H.264）、WebM 与 MP3 等常见格式均可播放；个别格式放不出来时，建议先转码为 MP4 / MP3。Media is decoded by the browser itself: MP4 (H.264), WebM and MP3 all play; if a file won't play, transcode it to MP4 / MP3 first.
推荐使用什么浏览器？Which browser is recommended?
推荐最新版 Chrome 或 Edge，兼容性与性能最佳；Firefox、Safari 也可正常使用。现场电脑建议提前把浏览器更新到位并试放一遍。Latest Chrome or Edge is recommended for the best compatibility and performance; Firefox and Safari work too. Update the venue computer's browser and do a dry run beforehand.
